Frequently Asked Questions

1. What can I expect during Therapy or Coaching session with Larry? 

My sessions are structured to provide consistency and maximize therapeutic benefits. A typical session includes:​

  • Client Updates: Discuss any significant events or progress since the last session.​

  • Homework Review: Evaluate any assigned tasks or reflections.​

  • Session Bridging: Recap previous discussions to seamlessly transition into current topics.​

  • Current Focus: Address specific areas or concerns you'd like to explore.​

  • Goal Alignment: Ensure discussions align with your overall treatment or coaching objectives.​

  • Assignments & Encouragement: Provide relevant tasks or insights to support continued growth.​

  • Feedback: Reflect on the session's effectiveness and address any questions.​

 

My primary aim is to support you in overcoming challenges and achieving personal growth. Sessions are tailored to your unique needs, ensuring a collaborative and client-centered approach.

2. What are the fees for therapy or coaching cost? 

Session fees range between $70 and $250, positioning our services within industry standards. We currently accept Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance and private payments for therapy. Coaching fees vary from $70 to $165 per session, depending on monthly session frequency.​

If utilizing insurance, it's essential to understand your specific plan details, including co-pays and deductibles. While we provide courtesy estimates starting May 1st, 2025, these are approximations. Clients are responsible for any costs not covered by insurance.​

Payments are processed on the day services are rendered, with initial credits applied at 5 AM and final processing by day's or week's end.​

3. What is your cancellation policy?

I require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for session cancellations, as reminders are sent 24 to 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations incur a $25 fee; however, starting June 1st, 2025, this fee will increase to $50.

4. What happens if I miss a session without notifying you? 

Failing to attend a session without prior notice will result in being charged the full session fee. While we provide reminders as a courtesy, it's ultimately your responsibility to remember and attend scheduled sessions.

5. How do you handle outstanding balances?

Clients with outstanding balances are encouraged to settle them by June 1st, 2025. I'm open to arranging payment plans over the next two months. Post June 1st, any remaining balances should be cleared within two weeks. Please note, sessions cannot proceed until balances are settled.​

6. What if I'm late to a session?

I offer a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. Beyond this window, the session will be considered a late cancellation or no-show, and fees will apply accordingly.
