I've continued to estabilished myself in independent practice during 2024 year.  

Phase 2 is sucessfully providing free information and sharing experiences through blogs, vlogs, and podcast.  

Phase 3 is reinforceing myself as an expert in the field through book writing.  

Phase 4 is duplicating myself by establishing an online mental health agency to help train the next generation of professionals with an emphasis multicultural, christian, mental health counseling.
